Through my genuine interest in people, my unique coordinating style and my ability to establish a trusting and respectful relationship, I was able to help surface key issues that enable individuals teams and organizations focus on what truly matters and significantly improve their effectiveness.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles and administrative services and being involved in the development of people’s leadership, growing up in that environment set the stage for my own foray into entrepreneurship. After working for the Federal Government for 20 years, I decided to go into business for myself and thus started up B7B Dunamis Group International & Talent Agency Services. Now, during my 20th year, I am proud to set up this website and offer services to the citizens of Canada and abroad.
